F.A.Q.
Why can't I find anything in stock?
I release a new collection every 2/3 months, and the jewellery tends to sell out quickly. The shop is often empty while I'm working on the next collection.
If you'd like a notification before the next release, the email list is the best way to stay informed. Email subscribers will get a preview of the next collection, so you can decide in advance if you want to show up for the release. I don't send any ads! Just a single preview email of each new collection.
Will you restock sold-out pieces?
Generally no. I don't like to repeat designs, so once something sells out that's usually it. I leave sold-out listings up so you can get a sense of my typical pricing and aesthetic, not because I plan to restock them.
That said, if there's strong demand for something I'm open to reconsidering. Don't hesitate to let me know.
Do you take custom orders?
Yes, but in limited numbers. To keep my release schedule consistent, I only accept a small number of bespoke commissions per year. Get in touch at contact@pastlivesjewellery.com or through the Contact form with what you have in mind and I'll let you know if I can accommodate it.
Keep in mind that I only make custom-made pieces that are within the brands' aesthetic,
I will not copy or make another designer’s work. Please do not send me pictures of another artist and ask me to make something similar.
Do you do repairs?
Yes, but only of my own work. I'm happy to do touch-ups like polishing and re-applying patina within reason. You'd just need to cover the cost of shipping both ways.
Can you resize a ring/necklace after I receive it?
Get in touch at contact@pastlivesjewellery.com and I'll let you know what's possible depending on the design and whether it includes a stone. A resizing fee will apply, it varies by piece.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. Please keep in mind that international shipping can be slow once it leaves my hands, and there's nothing I can do to speed it up at that point.
For orders outside the European Union, customs duties and import taxes may apply upon arrival in your country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient. I'd recommend researching your local customs rules before ordering so there are no surprises. Parcels are always declared at their full value and cannot be marked as gifts.
I placed two separate orders, can you ship them together?
Yes. If I see two orders from the same person on the same day I'll ship them together and refund the extra shipping cost automatically. If you don't receive a shipping refund within 24 hours, just remind me, I want to make sure you get it.
Can I cancel or change my order?
You can request a cancellation or change within 48 hours of placing your order, provided I haven't begun making or shipped your piece yet. After that, changes may not be possible. Please contact me as soon as possible at contact@pastlivesjewellery.com.
EU customers also have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of delivery. See our Return & Refund Policy for full details.
